Brainport Industries meets Big Science

On 9 February 2026, Brainport Industries and BigScience.NL are organising a meeting at the Brainport Industries Campus for companies in the (high-tech) manufacturing industry with an interest in Big Science projects. Discover the opportunities offered by international research facilities and how Dutch companies can successfully tap into them. The meeting is open to all companies. Membership of Brainport Industries is not required.

• Hear from Ceratec, Hexagon and Sioux Technologies how collaboration with Big Science works — including opportunities and challenges.
• Get to know the BigScience.NL network of Industrial Liaison Officers (ILO) and the Brainport community.
• Join the networking drinks reception and talk to ILOs and fellow companies (made possible by LIOF and BOM).

The Einstein Telescope is presented as one of the Big Science opportunities. Sioux Technologies — R&D partner within the NGF-ET programme — shares experiences from their involvement and shows the opportunities this offers for suppliers and technology companies.
