Third Einstein Telescope Ministerial Conference in Eupen
The third Einstein Telescope Ministerial Conference ended Thursday afternoon with a visit to the drilling site in Aubel. Prior to that visit, ministers and other administrators involved in the Einstein Telescope had an update in Eupen on progress in this feasibility phase to build the telescope in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine. An additional document was also signed, further refining the letter of intent from September last year and strengthening cooperation.

Host and organiser of the conference was federal Belgian State Secretary Thomas Dermine. It was the first time the conference took place in (German-speaking) East Belgium.
