Einstein Telescope meets Walloon technology companies

ET Wallonia is touring Wallonia with a series of after-work events. Together with AKT for Wallonia and the local Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the project is engaging with technology and industrial companies to discuss the technological challenges of the Einstein Telescope and the opportunities for Walloon businesses.
Technology and industry
The development, construction and future operation of the Einstein Telescope require expertise in a wide range of fields, including precision engineering, vacuum technology and cryogenics, optics and photonics, sensors and instrumentation, metrology, digital technology, underground infrastructure and renewable energy.
During the sessions, companies will gain an insight into these technological fields, the industrial opportunities and the ecosystem surrounding the Einstein Telescope. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and network with the parties involved.
